DO NOT ATTEND YOUR DOCTORS SURGERY, A&E DEPARTMENT OR PHARMACY
SURGERY OPERATING PLAN DURING THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK
We are extremely busy at this time and we would ask patients to bear with us and wait a few days before contacting the surgery about non-urgent matters - we thank you for your cooperation
We need to protect both patients and staff in order that we can continue to practice during the current outbreak - therefore from Monday 16th March the Surgery will be closed other than to patients who have been advised to attend the surgery by a Doctor.
ALL appointment requests must be made by phone, we have disabled the online booking facility at this time - the Reception team will not book an appointment for you other than by phone - your call will be triaged and a member of the clinical team will call you and decide whether you need to attend the surgery or whether your query can be dealt with over the telephone.
Repeat prescriptions and other correspondence must be posted in the post box outside the building. Please remember you can request your prescription by email:
All paperwork will be posted to you and all prescriptions will be sent to Hollywood Pharmacy for collection
NEW INFORMATION ANYONE WITH A FEVER OR PERSISTENT COUGH MUST SELF-ISOLATE FOR 7 DAYS DO NOT VISIT THE SURGERY - If someone has serious symptoms they cannot manage at home they should use NHS 111 online (people should only call NHS 111 if they cannot get online)
